Bupa UK LtdRegional Support Manager / Analyst
While working in Bupa's Care Services division, I provided valuable support to home managers across 27 care homes, enhancing compliance and quality, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs). Recognising potential, I actively identified opportunities to enhance system functionality through the development of digital tools, eventually transitioning into an analyst/developer role.
Notable Achievements:
- Single-handedly developed a fully automated call bell analysis tool utilising robotic process automation and Power BI pulling data from 80+ remote sources. Outcomes include savings of hundreds of hours of managers' time per month, increased quality of care and surpassed regulatory requirements.

- Developed an analytics dashboard with data sourced from 6 different systems into a centralised dashboard providing potential for significant time savings across 130+ sites, better operational oversight, improving regulatory compliance and boosting care quality.
- Automated analysis of weekly trading data allowing for more timely and effective flagging of poor performance indicators and providing an efficient platform for further escalation.

A group of 4 specialist care homes. Starting as Business Manager and transitioning to the sole Director in 2018, I was tasked with controlling and overseeing all aspects of business operations and strategy, driving the business forwards in line with the owner’s goals.
Notable Achievements:
- Built a bespoke GDPR-compliant care management app for streamlined data recording and analysis, providing real-time access to key information and realising huge time savings.
- Modernised and automated many workflows and business functions including:
- Transitioned to a fully cloud based computing system (Google Workspace)
- Converted the accounting system to a cloud based system (Xero)
- Automated recruitment & HR processes and rota management.
- Transitioned all staff to a new digital training platform, surpassing the regulatory requirements and contributing to a safe and confident workforce.
